Is an explanation really necessary? When she was first introduced on the show in the third season, I didn't really like her. I couldn't tell what side she was on, and I found her difficult to read. During the final episodes of S3 I started to like her better, and I was pretty much in love by the time season four reached its half-way mark. Then, in season 5 she went from "favorite female character" to "second favorite character on Lost ever". Her death was easily the most upsetting one of the entire show for me, and I'm still not 100% over it ;_; I love Juliet because she's tough, intelligent, insecure but extremely confident at the same time, selfless, and absolutely fucking beautiful. She doesn't take shit from anyone - Jack, Richard, Sawyer, or Ben. She has shown to be a good manipulator which is a quality I love in fictional characters, but her heart's always been in the right place. During all the headfuckery she and the other Others put the Castaways through in the third season she eventually was strong enough to stand up to Ben and join the other side. She can be ruthless and sometimes, the end justifies the means for her, but ultimately she is one of the few people on the Island who can take a step back, objectively look at what they're doing, and then make a decision based on what's right, and not on how they're currently ~feeling~ looking @ u Jack. Also, she impregnated (well, not personally) a male mouse. BIGGEST HBIC TO EVER HAVE HBIC'D.
